Comic The Flash:

All incarnations of the Flash have the ability to move and think with superspeed, have superhumanly fast reflexes, and can violate certain laws of physics. He can move at a speed he can pass through solid objects. Some of his greatest feats include moving fast enough to travel through time, running in a circle around the Justice League that they travel through time, running on water, he’s faster than Superman, he regularly defeats people faster than himself, can vibrate into other Earths, can alter time, be in two places at once, be in three places at once, he ran himself to death, ran himself back to life, created the Speed Force, he saved people from a nuclear warhead while it was going off, moved Doctor Strange out of the way before a Zeta Beam hit him, and he’s faster than Quicksilver.
