Tethys:

Tethys is the Titan goddess of fresh water. She married Oceanus, with whom she gave birth to over 6 thousand children, all of who are rulers of every river, streams, etc. (their 3 thousand sons were the Potamoi, the river gods. Their daughters were the Oceanids, the freshwater nymphs of all lakes, rivers, etc.). Despite this, she wasn’t actively worshiped. Tethys denied the two constellations Ursa Major and Ursa Minor from reaching the oceans, but would instead have to circle the sky repeatedly.
