Oceanus:

Oceanus is the Titan god of the oceans and rivers, and he’s the father of all rivers. (According to Homer), “all rivers flow and every sea, and all the springs and deep wells” flow from Oceanus. He married his sister, Tethys, and had several children with her called Oceanids. But they divorced because they were so fertile that the overproduction of the elements of nature caused too many floods. Oceanus had no part in the Titan War, so he was allowed to continue reigning the water.
