She’s the wife of Odin and the mother of Baldur and Hermod. She was the promoter of marriage. She’s the Norse goddess of motherhood, fertility, and the household. Since she was the wife of Odin, she is the queen of Asgard. She was associated with marriage, fertility, wisdom, prophecy, and household. Capable of outsmarting Odin, the god of wisdom. There were many times that Odin asked her for advice. She’s probably the most important goddess in the Æsir tribe, but little is said about her in stories that I’ve read about Norse mythology. This is her symbol:
