Neptune:

Known as Poseidon in Greek mythology, he is the god of the sea. Just like Poseidon, he was worshiped by the Romans as the god of the sea, horses, and earthquakes. Neptune can withstand any amount of water pressure, he has complete control of all marine life, can breathe underwater, and can communicate with all sea life.
