Roman Gods and Goddesses (Pt. 3)

Pluto:

The Roman god of the underworld. Unlike Hades, he was also the god of wealth because jewels, such as diamonds, come from underground. Besides the helmet, he possessed few other items, such as a chariot pulled by 4 black horses and the keys to the large gates that locked the dead souls in the underworld. His name comes from the Greek name Plouton. He was previously known as Dis Pater, which means Father of Gods.
